What’s your role at Club Mermaid?
I’m a Chef in the kitchen team.

How long have you been part of the Club Mermaid team?
I worked at Broadbeach for two and a half years, and I returned to Club Mermaid in June this year.

What’s your favourite part of working at the club?
My favourite part is the people. Everyone is amazing, the work environment is great, and my Head Chef has excellent management and leadership skills.

In three words, how would you describe Club Mermaid?
Friendly, welcoming and fun.

Food & Drink Favourites
If you could only eat one meal from the club menu forever, what would it be?
Definitely the chicken karaage!

Sweet or savoury — which one wins every time?
Savoury, definitely!

Doing yoga and going out for a nice breakfast and coffee.
