You might recognise Lachie from behind the bar at Club Mermaid, where he’s been part of the team for the past three years. Known for being one of our all rounders, Lachie says his favourite part of the job is the locals and the staff. We caught up with him to find out a little more about what he gets up to when he’s not at the club.
